Inaugural Civic Leaders Workshop

AACT is proud to host the inaugural Torrance Civic Leaders Workshop, a dynamic evening of civic education, open discussion, and leadership insight.
This workshop will feature speaking segments, a roundtable discussion, and a Q&A session with our guest speakers. They will explain the fundamentals of local government, including its structure, daily operations, and delegated roles. Speakers will also share personal stories and perspectives from their time in public service.

The event is open to all members, with a special focus on Torrance high school students invited by Membership Director Genki Narimoto. Attendees are encouraged to participate actively, ask thoughtful questions, and engage with our speakers.
